Specifications are available in the Purchasing Office during regular working hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM or call 361-888-0426. Specifications may be viewed online at www.publicpurchase.com.

Bid Questions

Bidders are to submit questions regarding bid specifications by the Last Day for Questions deadline published in each bid document.

Bid/Proposal questions are to be submitted via www.publicpurchase.com or by contacting the Nueces County Purchasing Agent, Michael Robinson via email: michael.robinson1@nuecescountytx.gov.

Be sure to reference the bid number in the subject line of your submission. It is important to take the time to be very specific in the questions submitted and refer to the section and item number relating to your question. Submitter names will not be used when answers to questions or addenda are published online.

Bid Openings

Bids may be submitted online via www.publicpurchase.com, by mail or dropped off in person at the Nueces County Purchasing Office located at 901 Leopard Street, Room 106, Corpus Christi, Texas prior to the time that bids are due per the opening deadlines published in the Notice to Bidders/Proposers.  Be sure to allow time to pass through the security checkpoint.  All bid openings will be completed on schedule and witnessed by Purchasing staff to ensure all procurement statutes, policies and state laws are followed.  Bidders may check-in with the Front Desk Administrative Assistant prior to the time of the opening.  Any questions regarding bid opening procedures can be directed to the County Purchasing Agent at 361-888-0426.
