Effective September 1st, 2025, SB 1667, signed during the 89th Legislative Session provides that the District Clerk must post on their wesite, a list of local agencies, including their mailing and email address in which a petitioner can include when filing an Expunction Petition and Order.

Please note that per the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, the District Clerk is not liable if the list does not include all applicable agencies.
